    Responsibilities

    • Answer the general queries via telephone, email and walk-ins
    • Greet the members and potential members and promote the membership to the members
    • Act as the 'face' of the department for members and provide excellent customer service
    • Be a main liaison point between members and the department and ensure members' comments, queries, suggestions are passed on to the appropriate persons
    • Process the cancellations and transfers of classes
    • Handle cash and cheque payments accurately to ensure these tally with the applications that have been processed
    • Liaise with Programme Officer to organise add-on classes if a particular class becomes full

    Requirements

    • Higher Diploma or above
    • 5-year working experience in activity coordination preferred
    • Good understanding of Western cultures or native English speaker with holding valid Work Visa in Hong Kong
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent command of English, both written and verbal
    • Good knowledge of MS Office (including Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Outlook)
    • Able to work both as part of a team and independently
    • Meticulous, systematic and organized
    • May also be required to work outside office hours occasionally to cover for evening classes
