Our service networks cover Hong Kong, China, Macau and Asia Pacific regions. We have sales offices and service centers in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Dongguan and Huizhou. We are dedicated to provide technical assistance and spare parts for equipment we supply. That is Kolb's difference. We are your partner from start to finish - design, supply, installation, commissioning, training, servicing and support.In addition to equipments, we supply high quality food consumable such as coffee, bread & cake mixes and fruit filling to bakeries shop, hotel, restaurants and food factories.We are expanding our operation in Hong Kong and we are looking for candidates in the following positions:
Customer Service Supervisor/ Coordinator (Immediate Available)
Post Date: 15 May 09
Duties:-
Receive service calls from customer
Coordinate between sales and service manager for repair order
Schedule preventive maintenance
Direct contact with factories overseas
Report technical issues and handle claims with factoriesRequirements:-
Completed Form 7 or above; VTC graduates with engineering knowledge/experiences an advantage
Customer-oriented, pleasant and with initiative and excellent people skill
Fluent in Cantonese, and very good command of English in written and spoken (A MUST),
Able to speak fluent Mandarin an advantage.
3-4 years experiences in dealing with customers, prepare quote and purchase order(Less experienced, e.g. 1-2 years, or Fresh Graduate will be considered as customer service coordinator)
Hand-on experience with ACCPAC system an advantage
Very organize and good negotiation skill; eager to learn
Able to work under pressure
