Operation Specialist (Customer Service Supervisor)

Job Specification:
- Supervise a team of CS and ticketing admin. staff in a medium size call centre in HK;
- Review the flow in handling complaints and operation flow;
- Supports daily operation and be responsible for day-to-day communication with customers and internal parties;
- Prepares & consolidate regular reports to the management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above;
- At least 5 years experience in customer services field with 3 years supervisory experience in call centre operation;
- Good telephone manner, interpersonal, communication skills;
- Customer-oriented, detail-minded and pleasant personality;
- Cautious and careful is a MUST;
- Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities in spoken and written Chinese and English is a MUST.
